The North Little Rock Police Department is actively seeking certified officers to apply with our department. The NLRPD does not offer lateral transfers however, certified officers with at least 2 years experience but less than 5, who successfully complete the testing process and are hired, will enter the current pay scale at $40,600. Certified officers with 5 years experience or greater will enter the current pay scale at $45,749.
