teen zoneNorth Little Rock Parks and Recreation (NLRPR) TEEN ZONE provides our 6th-8th grade youth a safe and stimulating atmosphere and empower them with the knowledge to become responsible citizens and live healthier lifestyles through Education, Arts and Humanities and Health and Fitness.

NLRPR’s aspirations for each youth is to increase their accomplishments, self-confidence, potential, inspirations and enthusiasm.

TEEN ZONE programs are currently held at Rose City Community Center, Monday - Friday 3:30 - 6:00pm, Friday varies according to scheduled activity.

Session Dates:

  • Fall Session: August - December 2022
  • Spring Session: January - May 2023

Cost:

  • $30 each session (must have current NLRPR Membership)

Programs/Activities offered:

  • ASPire ONE on ONE Tutoring with a Certified Teacher
  • Sports/Fitness
  • Video Games
  • Bon Appetiteen Cooking Program
  • Creative Arts
  • Dance
  • Community Service Projects
  • Field Trips

A current NLRPR community center membership card is required

NLR Residents - $15; Non Residents - $20
