The Downtown Tip-Off Club is a luncheon series beginning in December and ending in February. It features nine (9) speakers from around Arkansas and other places. The Tip-Off Club began in 2005-2006 by the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce under the direction of Terry Hartwick. He brought the Tip-Off Club to the parks and recreation department when he became its director in 2016. Each week we honor two high school players as our "Players of the Week". Since 2016, proceeds from this luncheon have benefitted the One Heart Playground in Burns Park, a place for children of all ages AND abilities.
