Vaccinate the Natural State!

A successful Covid-19 mobile Vaccinate the Natural State vaccination clinic was held in North Little Rock 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, February 27 at the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield building parking lot on Pershing Avenue. A total of 546 first Pfizer injections were administered. 

Sponsors of the event were Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cornerstone Pharmacy and RX Man Pharmacy in North Little Rock, the City of North Little Rock, Arkansas Department of Health,  Arkansas Pharmacists Association, Derek Lewis Foundation and Arkansas Medical, Dental & Pharmaceutical Association.

The City of North Little Rock and the NLR Hays Center provided event coordination and recruitment of participants while other on-site services and traffic coordination were provided by Emergency Services, Police and Fire Departments, MEMS, and Traffic Services.
The next event providing participants’ second injection will be held Saturday, March 20, at the same time and location.
