The City of North Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department is submitting a 21st Century Community Learning Center application to the Arkansas Department of Education. The proceeds of this grant will benefit the students of Ridge Road Elementary School. The purpose of the grant is to provide opportunities for academic enrichment activities during non-school hours.
