NOTICE:
Annual North Little Rock City Business/Privilege Licenses Renewals are mailed December 31 of each year.
All previously issued North Little Rock Business/Privilege Licenses for the year 2022 expired December 31, 2022.
Licenses were DUE and payable January 2, 2023. The period to renew and avoid paying a penalty is January 1 - March 31.
Licenses renewed after March 31 will be subject to a 25% penalty.
Licenses renewed after July 1 will be subject to a 50% penalty.
Businesses owe the license fee even if they only operated one day into the current year.
Businesses that have not renewed are subject to a citation to appear in court plus court costs and fines.
