The lives of our employees are very important to the city, hence North Little Rock strives to provide maximum safety guidelines to all of its employees. The City of North Little Rock is successful because of the hard working work force, their lives and their safety. Safety is the Safety Department's main concern promotes workplace safety within all of our city departments.
Services Provided
Through rigorous safety training of City workers and an innovative approach to putting recovering workers on light duty, the Safety Department has reduced workplace accidents by 58% since 2010, saving taxpayers $621,476 in workers compensation claims.
