Mayor Hartwick is pictured with two city Street Department workers with UNIT 50 Litter Patrol. Patrons should call 340-5355 to report litter in the city and also potholes. Note: To report potholes on state highways such as Camp Robinson, JFK and Broadway, call (501) 569-2266.
Mayor Terry Hartwick is keeping his promises to North Little Rock residents to clean up all areas of our city. Mayor Hartwick, currently in his second week in office, has rolled out UNIT 50, the new Litter Patrol street unit as promised to citizens. Mayor Hartwick is picture with Unit 50 along with two North Little Rock Street Department workers who will focus daily on picking up debris, trash, and anything citizens report. North Little Rock residents should call (501) 340-5355 to report spills, street trash, or anything in the beltways and streets of our city that needs to be removed. Residents are also asked to contact the same telephone number to report potholes in the city.
Patrick Lane, Director of the North Little Rock Street Department, added “any potholes on Camp Robinson Road, MacArthur Drive or John F. Kennedy Boulevard are the responsibility of the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT). Potholes on these three streets should be reported to ArDOT at (501) 569-2266.” Many residents are unaware that these streets: Camp Robinson Road, MacArthur Drive, or John F. Kennedy Boulevard are state highways. The City of North Little Rock does not repair potholes on these three state highways.
